. Pick a ‘bed’ time (e.g. 10pm-6am).
. Always be in bed resting at these times.
. Never be in bed outside of these times (besides sex or sickness).
Before you know it, you’ll be tired when 10pm rolls around.
Once you’ve found the body clock you want.
Protect the shit out of it.
